The captions say that these "misguided" men should be fighting for the British in the war for civilisation, and that Sinn Fein should be suppressed.Members of the Fellowship march to their meeting hall. Some US Army officers arrive at the meeting. Also seen arriving is Winston Churchill. According to the captions Churchill's motion that "Germany must be defeated" was passed unanimously.The two kings watch as a reserve battalion of the Scots Guards parades. The King of Belgium wears his uniform as Colonel of the British 5th Dragoon Guards. Also present are Queen Mary, Princess Mary, Prince Henry, Prince George, and Queen Elisabeth of Belgium with her son the Count of Flanders.A light train carrying shells, with troops riding on top, moves forward. A shell dump of 9.2-inch shells is shown; a soldier holds up a notice for the camera, "one day's rations for one gun".
